From Concept to Caring Management
Welcome to Lakewood Apartments, Mandan’s premier family-owned and operated apartment building management company since 1980. We designed, built, and manage all 14 of our buildings which is a total of 136 apartments.
Because we have built everything we have from the ground up, we are wholly invested in the condition of our buildings, the quality of our apartments and the satisfaction of our tenants. We emphasize hands-on, caring management, and are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to give our tenants any emergency assistance they may need.
A Place to Call Home in Mandan
All of our Mandan apartments have two bedrooms and one or two bathrooms. We designed each and every one of our apartments with comfort and convenience in mind. They are all up to date and well-maintained, as well as within easy reach of Mandan’s and Bismarck’s shopping, services, and workplaces.
Every apartment that we rent comes with a suite of amenities. Our apartments offer air conditioning, garage parking, utilities included with the price of rent (excluding electricity), patio or balcony, and an in-unit washer and dryer. With 1,000-1,300 sq ft to work with, you will have plenty of space to enjoy!
