Lakewood Apartments is owned and operated by Charles and Joan Schaefbauer. They have lived in Mandan for most of their lives and know the area very well. They have used this knowledge to select the best places to build the apartment buildings.
From Construction to Management, We’re Wholly Invested in Our Operation
Charles built Lakewood's first apartment building in 1980, and would go on to build several more. The Schaefbauers now rent and maintain eight 8-unit and six 12-unit apartment buildings across Mandan and oversee the day to day demands of managing them.
